The new mixed-use £270m Wembley Waterside development, which will include 876 residential units along with 30,000 sq. ft of flexible commercial space across five blocks which are set to include retail, light industrial and leisure uses.
The five blocks will range from 17-28 storeys high, all sited on a 2-3 storey podium housing amenity spaces, plantrooms, recreational spaces and a new industrial unit intended for use by an education provider.
