A significant use was made of offsite engineered precast units, including fifty PreFastCore modules – weighing up to 50 tonnes each – which formed the lift and stair shafts.

Constructed in 21 weeks with a 13-personnel site team and reduction in deliveries giving carbon footprint savings.

The tight site location required PCE to be flexible with their build strategy, using a three-phase programme to maximise construction efficiency.
