PCE Ltd was awarded the contract to design and build two 4 storey lift and stair cores for pedestrian access/egress to the composite carpark structure which is part of Main Contractor Morgan Sindall’s ‘Project Sienna’ being built at Basingstoke.

Safety

Constructed during the initial Covid -19 lockdown with full implementation, and surpassing, all necessary appropriate safe working guidelines.

Quality

Components erected into the structures on a first-time fit basis due to the high offsite quality control by PCE during manufacture.

Speed

125 number of components erected to form the two 4 storey lift and stair cores in just 17 working days with a multi-skilled site team of 9 Site Operatives.
