PCE’s HybriDfMA Secure Custody System

First week of progress at PCE’s Nottingham Custody Suite Project

During the first week of construction of the New Nottingham Police Custody Suite for Main Contractor Willmott Dixon, PCE’s multi skilled site team installed a total of 97 structural precast concrete units consisting of corridor walls, internal walls, ducts, external walls and lintels – a total of 17 units greater than originally planned.

These offsite engineered units were manufactured to PCE’s high quality standards and delivered to site on a just in time basis. Improvements made to PCE’s HybriDfMA Secure Custody System during the design process were beneficial in achieving the rate of construction.
