Chapel Wharf update 2 - precast concrete panels arrive onsite

Crosswall construction for Manchester project

The Chapel Wharf development will consist of four high rise apartment blocks that comprise the development, ranging from 13 to 23 storeys in height.

The scheme has been designed by Architect Axis Mason and WSP are the client’s consulting engineers.

Crosswall construction

Each block will be built in crosswall construction with precast concrete being used for the crosswalls, cores, balconies, solid floor slabs, stairs and landings, with architectural precast concrete sandwich panels used to clad the structures.
