Unit Quality Checker

We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for a Unit Quality Checker to work as part of our Construction team. The Unit Quality Checker will be responsible for inspecting and measuring finished precast concrete structural element products in situ, ensuring compliance with specifications, tolerances, and finish standards. The role is critical to PCE’s Right First-Time quality culture, supporting efficient handovers and minimising rework and defects.

Trainee Site Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for a Trainee Site Manager to join our Construction Teams. This role will be a site-based role operating from numerous sites, therefore the willingness to travel and work away is a requirement of this role.The Trainee Site Manager will be responsible for set up and running of PCE’s construction phase as per PCE plan.

Handover Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for a Handover Manager to join our Construction Team. The role is responsible for project handovers and warranting that any associated grouting, finishing, mastic, and remedial works are completed to the desired standard. You will be the direct liaise with manufacture in relation to quality assurance of onsite product. You may also be seconded to manufacture to assist with quality assurance of units within our supply chain.

Pre-Construction Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for a Pre-Construction Manager to work as part of our Design team. The Pre Construction Manager will be responsible for all aspects of PCE Stage 3 delivery on their projects.

Construction Site Administrator

We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for a Construction Site Administrator to work as part of our Projects team. This role includes overseeing all site administration on a project while supporting the Project Director and Project Manager in making the project compliant with all document administration and making sure that it is current and up to date.

Operations Support Operative

We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for an Operations Support Operative to work as part of our Operations team. This role will effectively work with the Stores Operations and Construction Site-based teams to respond in a timely manner to deliver operational requests. The Operations Support Operative will need to accurately pick and distribute items for site. Over time, an understanding of PCE plant and consumable items will be key to this role.

Project Design Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for a Project Design Manager to work as part of our Design team. Responsibilities include creating and managing design programme and outputs based on overall project programmes, ensuring they are monitored and managed weekly. This role is hybrid and work can be carried out where it will have the most impact for PCE and the project delivery. That could be at Head Office, the project site, client design offices, factories or at home.

Structural Technician

We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for a Structural Technician to work as part of our Design team. The role involves being responsible for creating 3D models and 2D drawings in the desired software. Models and drawings are to be produced in conjunction with the PCE quotation, scope and deliverables, and also in line with our clients’ requirements. The Structural Technician must work in accordance with project programmes and budget, whilst updating senior technicians of progress on a daily/weekly basis.
