Product Integration

Through the aggregation of Offsite systems and components, optimised benefits can be realised. We specialise in 'unlocking' the potential of combining multiple systems and Offsite methodologies together to create a holistic approach to adopting a DfMA strategy.

Fabrication Detailing

Similar to the car industry, we control all of the fabrication designs. This gives us complete control over how components are manufactured and how they interact with each other as part of the complete system. This is critical when creating structural solutions through a systemised approach. Through controlling the fabrication designs, we are able to control compliance, quality, progress and the golden thread of information from design concept through to on-site completion. Each component assembly can be tracked and audited along with all of its sub-assemblies as we are in control of all of the detail including material specification, source of supply and quality monitoring procedures.

Temporary Works

A critical focus point for our delivery teams is the temporary condition of our structural solutions. Whilst most designers are focussed on the end result and the permanent works, we apply as much attention and effort to the temporary condition as this is usually where there is greatest risk and where the design can be most onerous. A key benefit to our 'end to end' approach is the ownership of every aspect of our solution including the methodology for every process. Each stage of delivery is mapped in detail, our designers and construction specialists develop the delivery methodology together, highlighting and mitigating risks, integrating the temporary works requirements into the BIM model and utilising our digital tools to control and communicate temporary works designs.

DfMA Integration

Wherever possible we look to maximise the benefits of our systems and solutions through adopting a holistic approach to DfMA delivery. Our focus is not just structure and façade, it is where we can add greater value through the integration of other systems and products. Whether it be fully finished façade solutions with windows, balconies and architectural metalwork preinstalled with the façade modules Offsite to ensure we can deliver scaffoldless solutions, or prefabricated M&E modules, bathroom pods, utility cupboards and even kitchens installed progressively within the structure, or even just the removal of internal finishes through the use of the structural fabric as part of the architectural language, we are continually focussed on how to add value to the solution as a whole.

Innovation

Our hybrid approach drives innovation through every project we deliver. We are continually striving for optimisation and efficiency and this is only possible with flexibility. The key to our business model is the ability to push boundaries, develop new products, blend different materials and systems and to find new and innovative ways of combining the benefits of Offsite technology with practical onsite delivery. Our catalogue of systems and products are continually being refined through our culture of continuous improvement and complimented with new and innovative ideas to enhance optimisation and efficiency.
