Onsite Assembly

Our specialist in-house 'multi-skilled' construction teams deliver every aspect of the site assembly process from component assembly, site engineering, structural concreting and grouting works, and all temporary works.

Construction

At the heart of our business is over 40 years of construction expertise in the delivery of DfMA solutions, giving us the foundation for delivering excellence throughout the construction phase. Our highly trained, multi-skilled construction teams are committed to delivering the highest levels of professionalism, workmanship and quality in every aspect of what they do on site. These teams form the heart beat of our business and are at the forefront of best practice, innovation and continuous improvement.

Engineering & Quality

One of the key benefits of delivering 2D modular panelised solutions is the flexibility it offers in terms of site accuracy. Through delivering solutions primarily configured as an offsite manufactured 'kit of parts', we are able to take benefit of extremely precise manufacturing tolerances coupled with the accuracy of setting out every structural component to its own reference point. Our compliance and site engineering teams continually measure, monitor and coordinate site accuracy and quality, ensuring our structures are delivered in accordance with the project specification.

Temporary Works

Through our design teams working 'hand-in-hand' with our 'in-house' construction teams, every aspect of the temporary condition of our structures and components can be analysed and assessed in detail. Assembly methodology and sequence are embedded within the design solution and the BIM model, every activity and operation is planned and coordinated within the digital world long before the real world activity takes place. This gurantees our multi-skilled construction teams are then able to deliver efficiency, safety and compliance in both the permanent and temporary conditions.

Safety

With industry leading, innovative safety systems, we continually focus on the safety of not just our own 'in-house' construction teams but also those who are working alongside us on our projects. Where safety hazards cannot be 'designed out', mitigation measures are integrated within the designed solution so that the risks can be managed at each stage of the process. Through our extensive library of works procedures, our in-house academy for training excellence in DfMA site delivery and our digital strategy for sharing and communicating key information throughout the delivery of a project, we continually offer industry leading performance in Health and Safety.
