Concept design through to fabrication and construction designs, we take complete control and ownership of every aspect of the structural designs of our systems and solutions.
Structural Design
Detailed structural analysis, finite element modelling and structural element designs including all aspects of temporary works are provided by our specialist in-house designers and external design partners. Once engaged all aspects of performance compliance, structural engineering including stability designs and robustness designs are undertaken by our engineering teams. Interfaces and connectivity between components and systems are resolved in the initial stages of our design process with the construction phase methodology guiding our engineers in the development of our design solutions. The latest modelling software coupled with simulation software are utilised to develop engineered solutions which are efficient from a design, manufacture and assembly perspective.
Modelling & Coordination
Key to our business and the success of our projects is the ability to control the detailed design of the components and the way they interface and interact with each other. Our industry leading modelling teams coordinate our projects in the digital space, controlling every aspect of the system components, ensuring compliance with the wider design along with developing a solution which can be easily manufactured and assembled on-site. Every component which forms part of the system is spatially and digitally coordinated, whether it be part of the permanent works or part of the temporary works. The requirements of BIM are more than satisfied with asset tagging and real time tracking and audit data integrated within our Digital Twin models as part of the digital management of our projects.
