Use of stair cores, no back propping, and faster strip out of temporary works not only grants fast and safe access/egress for PCE operatives, it does so for external fit out and follow on trades, too. PCE’s systemised and predictable approach enables safe and secure access to external trades up to just two floors below the active leading edge. It means not only can PCE deliver a high quality structure quickly, it also accelerates the overall completion of the structure. This more synergized solution enables concurrent construction, allowing it to become operational much sooner.
