Second phase underway

PCE Ltd’s construction of the second phase of their contract to provide a further three buildings of student accommodation at Durham University’s Mount Oswald project where Interserve Construction is the Main Contractor is well underway as can be seen in the foreground of this aerial video.

The two structurally complete buildings to the rear of the video were the first phase of PCE’s contract and all five will have been completed without any external scaffolding, a major benefit of the PCE HybriDfMA Offsite engineered solutions used for the impressive Mount Oswald project.
