The Autumn issue of CQFocus, published by The Concrete Centre, part of the Mineral Products Association, is titled ‘Landmark Concrete Buildings on the Road to Net Zero’, and gives seven exemplar projects that can be seen as milestones on the road to carbon net-zero for concrete structural frames.
PCE is delighted that the 2021 Stirling Prize and 2022 Mies van der Rohe prize winning Kingston University Townhouse project features as one of them and is also featured as the front cover photo for this very informative publication.
Further details of PCE’s involvement as the specialist offsite design and build contractor for the structural frame using its HybriDfMA Bespoke System, including a downloadable project case study, can be seen on the Kingston University Townhouse Project report.
In the publications ‘Sustainability Snapshots’ section PCE’s Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research Centre at Warwick University, which used the companies HybriDfMA Frames System is also mentioned.
