Offsite Expo: presentation to showcase PCE's HybriDfMA construction advantages

Focus on PCE's Kingston University project

Business Development Director Simon Harold will be demonstrating at Offsite Expo how PCE Ltd's HybriDfMA approach on the recent Kingston University Town House project showed how their innovative approach enabled the overcoming of a number of key challenges.

 

Key points will include:

  • A 10,000m² Concrete Frame completely exposed in terms of concrete finishes and connections
  • Innovative TABS system integrated within Double Tee slabs to allow maximum optimisation of the buildings Thermal Mass
  • Integrated services design within the structural elements
  • Key architectural design aspects such as Feature Atria, Auditorium and Roof Gardens
  • Structural Architectural Concrete Colonnade creating external terraced spaces along with linkage to the adjacent pedestrian areas.

 

About Offsite Expo

The event runs from 24th - 25th September at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. Simon Harold's presentation will take place at 10.30 on the 25th in Theatre 2
