Well done to Paul Joicey

Well done to Paul Joicey who is working for PCE Ltd on the site of  St. Peter’s Square in Manchester.

Paul recently received the Site Safety Award from Thomas Ogden of LOR. This is the latest of a number of recognitions that PCE has received for, its contribution to site safety and excellence in the use of construction in precast concrete. Being built for Mosley Street Ventures Ltd, with architects Simpson Haugh and Partners, Two St Peter’s Square will offer 5,203 sq ft of retail space and 161,065 sq ft of high quality, BREEAM ‘Excellent’ Grade A office space across 12 floors.

 

470 precast concrete units

PCE are in the process of installing 70 column cladding units, 58 soffit units and 342 standard cladding units - all of which have been produced offsite.
