PCE Ltd feature on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work Awards

PCE Ltd are delighted to feature on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work Awards, the most prestigious and recognised celebrator of the best workplaces across the UK.

With an overall rating of 92%, PCE scored a significant 21% above the construction industry average, with 96% of participating employees saying they were proud to work for PCE. We are thrilled to see that our employee partners scored us in excellent across all areas, which looks at reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, instilling pride, job satisfaction, and wellbeing, and scored a brilliant 95% confidence in management, compared with a construction industry average of 71%.
