Fulton & Fifth, a five-tower high rise development in the heart of Wembley, has won Best Mixed-Use Development at this years International Property Awards.

PCE have been appointed specialist frame and façade contractor by property developers Regal London. PCE’s HybriDfMA hyTower® system was selected for the project due to its enhanced safety, speed, quality, and value over traditional construction methods. This accolade serves as a testament to the shared commitment of PCE and Regal London, aiming to set new standards in the design and build of versatile, contemporary, and sustainable superstructures.

Located within a 10-minute walk from the iconic Wembley Stadium, Fulton & Fifth is poised to become a vibrant hub boasting over 800 homes, an eclectic mix of cafes and shops, and a unique live-work-play lifestyle. PCE’s hyTower® system is Regal London’s preferred approach to providing the structural frame, internal finished walls, bathroom, utility pods and building envelope for the project. The system has a proven track record for inner city construction by leveraging an offsite engineered 'kit of parts' approach. This strategy involves assembling multiple offsite engineered components before their delivery to site.  

With over 10,000 hybrid components manufactured offsite, standardised installation methodologies and PCE’s ‘smart connectivity’ ensure rapid, safe, and predictable assembly of the hyTower® system’s ‘kit of parts’. This method significantly reduces risk and onsite activity, lessening construction noise, labour, deliveries, and waste. Consequently, it diminishes the project's overall carbon footprint and fosters a faster and safer construction phase far less disruptive to the neighbourhood.
