Mount Oswald project shortlisted three times for Offsite Awards

PCE Ltd's Durham University student accommodation project has been shortlisted for this year's Offsite Awards in three categories, following nominations by Interserve Construction.

Offsite technology is changing the contemporary built environment - driving forward projects that represent outstanding examples of prefabrication and factory-based methods, products, systems and disciplines.

PCE was awarded a contract worth over £18 million for delivering the structures for five four storey blocks which comprises of offsite manufactured precast concrete ground beams, internal wall panels, flooring units, stairs and landings, structural steelwork, with precast insulated architectural finished sandwich panels forming the facades.
