Lift off!

PCE are delighted to announce that one of our team, Adrian (Ady) Kendall, has recently progressed to become a fully qualified crane driver!

Having been with PCE for approaching 15 years, Ady has progressed through many different positions at the company, from Foreman roles to Operations Site Support. He has established himself as an important site figure, not just for his experience and expertise, but for the supportive role he has played for his fellow colleagues. Ady is often a go-to figure for his fellow colleagues and has also played an important role within the company’s Steering Group (an employee-partner-based group who influences how PCE operates, listens to, and learns from its people). Ady has also played a vital role in the company’s Health and Safety committee for a number of years.

PCE's Supply Chain Director Chris McReynolds commented:

“Ady’s evolution at PCE demonstrates the approach the company takes to the development of its people. The company recognizes not just talent, but the right values, behaviours, and mindsets, helping support and progress our people to achieve their goals and aspirations. Ady’s new position still allows him to give great support to the site teams each day – now with a bird's eye view! Congratulations Ady, keep up the hard work and keep safe”

Well done Ady, and well deserved!
