PCE Ltd was awarded the contract to design and build two 4 storey lift and stair cores for pedestrian access/egress to the composite carpark structure which is part of Main Contractor Morgan Sindall’s ‘Project Sienna’ being built at Basingstoke.


125 Offsite Engineered components were erected to form the two four storey lift and stair cores in just seventeen working days with a multi-skilled site team of just nine Site Operatives.
