Topping Out at Block C – A Milestone for Fulton & Fifth
We are thrilled to announce the successful topping out of Block C at Regal’s Fulton & Fifth development - a key milestone in this exciting residential project, delivered through PCE’s hyTower® HybriDfMA build system.
Situated in the heart of Wembley, Fulton & Fifth comprises five high-rise blocks, delivering 876 modern apartments (around 40% affordable housing) alongside 33,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Standing at 28 storeys, Block C is the tallest structure in the development, and one of the tallest structures in Brent.
With nearly 4,500 structural components assembled on-site for Block C, and over 17,000 pre-engineered elements across the project, hyTower® has been instrumental in driving certainty of outcome, safety, quality, speed, and value.

Sustainability Gains – achieving 239kgCO2e/m², in line with LETI’s 2020 targets, with embedded carbon reductions such as 75 tonnes saved by eliminating plasterboard in cores and stairs
Digital Certainty – real-time tracking, digital twin technology, and comprehensive quality management for a seamless, coordinated, and compliant build process
