Brent Cross Plot 14 nears completion

Working with main contractor Galliford Try on behalf of client Related Argent, Plot 14, part of the Brent Cross Town development, is a three-block high-rise residential structure, with each block rising to 12 storeys tall. Covering 25,000m2, Plot 14 is being delivered using PCE’s hyTower® system build solution, creating 286 Build to Rent apartments with precision, pace, and certainty.

We’re pleased to share the latest updates on the project, which is rapidly approaching completion:

- Installation Milestone: Since the first units were installed in May 2024, over 4,100 offsite-manufactured components have been assembled - 95% of the total. Work is now progressing at level 12.

- Offsite Integration – Over 4,300 components are being produced across 8 factories in 4 countries, leveraging a flexible supply model to source the highest-quality structural materials. Windows, façades, and balconies are fully integrated offsite for seamless installation.

- Digital & Quality Management: Every component is fully tracked from design to handover, with all key design and quality management information consolidated in one interactive digital twin. This aids in compliance with the Golden Thread and BSA Gateway 2 requirements.

- Systemised Approach: Repeatable components, standardised processes, and experienced capabilities on and offsite add value across design, manufacture, and assembly. This enables a coordinated and efficient solution with certainty of outcome, quality, speed, and safety, governed by meticulous planning and early engagement.
