PCE Shortlisted for Multiple Categories at the 2025 Offsite Awards

PCE is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for multiple categories at the Offsite Awards 2025, in recognition of our industry-leading DfMA system build approach and continued commitment to excellence in offsite construction.

We have placed among this year’s finalists in the following categories:

The Fitzrovia W1 - 247 Tottenham Court Road

Built using PCE's HybriDfMA Frame system, The Fitzrovia is a Grade A mixed-use building in the prominent city centre location of Tottenham Court Road for property developer M&G Real Estate, working with CO-RE. The Architect is PDP London, with consulting engineers AKT II. The Hybrid Frames structure provides 5,570sqm of office space on the upper floors, mixed retail space on the ground and lower floors and eight premium residential units.

Fulton & Fifth

Built using PCE’s hyTower® system build approach, Fulton & Fifth - comprising five high-rise towers and interconnecting podiums for residential and commercial use - delivers 876 apartments, 40% of which are affordable, across 105 storeys. Fulton & Fifth stands as a clear testament to the benefits of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC): certainty in cost, programme, and quality, all underpinned by a strong commitment to safety and sustainability.

Being recognised across a diverse range of categories highlights the quality, value, versatility, and innovation embedded within our DfMA delivery model. It also reflects the dedication and hard work of the entire PCE team and our valued supply chain partners - from early-stage design and engineering through to onsite assembly and final handover.

The Offsite Awards celebrate outstanding achievements across the construction industry and showcase the power of modern methods to transform how we build.

Winners will be announced at the Offsite Expo on 16 September 2025, held at the Coventry Building Society Arena. We look forward to joining industry colleagues to celebrate the very best in offsite construction.
