PCE is proud to be shortlisted for three categories at the Industrialised Construction 2026 Awards, recognising both project delivery and innovation in system-led structural solutions.

Shortlisted categories:

This recognition reflects PCE’s continued commitment to advancing industrialised construction, applying Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) principles within Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) to deliver smarter, more efficient, and more certain outcomes.

The shortlisting of 3 Copper Square in two categories highlights the value of early collaboration and a system-led approach to construction. By integrating design, manufacture, and assembly into a coordinated industrialised process, the project demonstrates how MMC and DfMA can improve certainty, quality, and efficiency while reducing onsite complexity and programme risk.

hyTower: A Platform Approach to Structural Design

The shortlisting of hyTower for the Productisation and Platform Design Award recognises PCE and hyTower’s focus on developing repeatable, configurable structural solutions for tall buildings, that bring consistency and clarity to project delivery.

Through a structured system configurator and established component libraries, hyTower enables optimised structural solutions with clear visibility of cost, carbon, programme, and quality from an early stage, supporting better decision-making and more efficient outcomes.
