Offsite Exhibition and Awards 2024

A big thank you to everyone who visited our stand at this year’s Offsite Exhibition!

Our team enjoyed showcasing PCE’s HybridDfMA build systems, offsite kit-of-parts approach, and cutting-edge digital construction technology, including Ynomia’s digital twin track-and-trace system.

We were thrilled to connect with so many professionals from across the design and build sector. It was an added bonus to win Best Use of Concrete Technology for the HMP Millsike project, built with PCE’s Secure Prison system. This DfMA structural solution ensures safety, speed, and scalability across all phases, from design to installation, while meeting the highest standards of quality and compliance. Notably, it also achieved a 12% reduction in embodied carbon in the concrete design mix, boosting sustainability.

HMP Fosse Way also gained recognition, with the Ministry of Justice picking up Client of the Year for the Leicestershire based prison. Like HMP Millsike, HMP Fosse Way was built using our Secure Prison system.

Beyond this, we were honoured to be Highly Commended for Best Use of Hybrid Technology for The Fitzrovia W1 and Private Housing Project for Fulton & Fifth, in collaboration with Regal.

Overall, it was a fantastic couple of days at both the Offsite Exhibition and Awards. Congratulations to all the finalists and winners!
