Fulton & Fifth Nears Completion

Assembly of Fulton & Fifth, an 876 apartment, five tower residential development for Regal, is well on the way!

Built using PCE's hyTower® sytem build for high-rise structures, 95% of structural components have been installed, having started assembly in June 2023.

  • Total of 17,500 structural components sourced from 12 suppliers, 11 factories, and 4 countries—delivered with precision.
  • At peak, 500 tonnes were installed daily, ensuring rapid progress.
  • 10-day cycle time per level
  • Scaffold-free and no back-propping for faster follow-on trade access
  • Every component is digitally tracked, from design to installation, feeding into an interactive digital twin for real-time progress monitoring and lifecycle insights.

The Power of Systemised ‘Kit of Parts’ Build

A Kit of Parts approach delivers certainty in cost, programme, and quality, whilst driving efficiency, sustainability, and scalability in modern construction.

Faster & More Efficient – Pre-manufactured components reduce build time, on-site labour, and weather delays.
Higher Quality & Safety – Factory-controlled production ensures precision, consistency, and fewer defects while improving on-site safety.
Cost & Waste Reduction – Predictable costs, optimised material use, and minimal waste lower environmental impact.
Flexible & Scalable – Standardised components adapt to different layouts and enable efficient replication across projects.
Offsite integration - components arrive on site ready for immediate install, including integrated windows, façade, balcony connections, and M&E cast in.
Sustainable – Lower carbon footprint, reduced embodied carbon, and enhanced circular economy potential:
     -   LETI compliant – 239kgCO2e/m²
     -   75 tonnes
of embodied carbon saved by eliminating plasterboard in cores
     -   50% cement replacement and 100% recycled steel reinforcement

Great to continue the collaboration with Regal on another impressive and successful project.
