Brent Cross Plot 1 - Progress with Pace and Precision

We’re excited to share the latest progress on the delivery of Brent Cross Plot 1, a 14-storey Commercial hybrid structure delivered in partnership with BAM Construction, on behalf of Related Argent.

• Progress Snapshot: Since the first units were installed in late August 2024, 2,500 offsite-manufactured components have been assembled, representing around 55% of the total. Installation is currently underway at level 7 of 14.

• Offsite Collaboration: 4,800+ components are being produced by 7 suppliers across 12 factories in 5 countries, from precast concrete to responsibly sourced engineered timber. This diverse supply chain enables the flexibility to source the most suitable products, meeting sustainability, aesthetic, and structural requirements while showcasing seamless logistical coordination.

• Digital & Quality Assurance: Leveraging cutting-edge digital twin technology, every structural component is meticulously tracked from design to installation. This approach ensures comprehensive quality data is captured and accessible in one place, meeting Golden Thread and BSA Gateway requirements while delivering transparency and precision.

• Systemised Approach: A systemised kit of parts approach helps tie together this hybrid DfMA solution with certainty and efficiency. Standardisation, from designing and manufacturing components, through to installing them, enables a predictable, high-quality outcome with inherent speed and safety. This offsite solution adds value across the board, and importantly for the busy Brent Cross Town development, takes a significant amount of activity away from site.
