PCE shortlisted for 2 British Precast Awards

British Precast recently announced the shortlist for its 2016 awards - and PCE have been nominated for two.

The presentations will be at the British Precast Annual Dinner, which will take place at the Leicester Marriott Hotel on the 7th July. PCE's  nominations are for: The Innovation Award: innovating structural precast concrete component opportunities from insitu frame designs - thus giving manufacturing workload opportunities. The Project Award: Volkswagen Car Showroom, Service Centre and MSCP. The VW showroom project included the provision of over 1500 precast concrete components, some weighing in excess of 20 tonnes, were manufactured in six different off-site precast concrete factories. Just-in-time delivery was co-ordinated to ensure a fast on-site construction programme was maintained.
