Introducing Will Jackson, Operative & Diamond Driller

Why did you join PCE?

My stepbrother, Cameron Burrows, told me about PCE being a good place to work and helped me to get a job here.

Why do you still work for PCE?

I enjoy doing what I’m doing, the lads on site are sound.

What are you most proud of?

I’m proud of my recent promotion from Trainee to Operative. I’m also proud of being one of the only two Diamond Drillers at PCE and I will be completing my NVQ Level 2 in Diamond Drilling soon.

What could we improve on at PCE?

Not a lot, communication could be improved but that is the same everywhere you go.

Why is your role important to PCE?

If something doesn’t fit, we make it fit. Will is currently based at our Warwick site, however he is often required to work on different sites throughout the month.
