Introducing Ben Lewis, Head Of Assembly

Why did you join PCE?

A friend who worked at PCE suggested that I join, when I was told about what the company does, I was really keen to join and to be working on large construction jobs and to work away as it was something I’d never done before.

Why do you still work for PCE?

PCE is currently market leaders in delivery of modern construction methods that is pushing all boundaries to be better in all ways. The people that form PCE are all striving to be the best which is fantastic to be part of.

What are you most proud of?

Starting at the bottom and not knowing nothing and working through every level giving the best I can to be where I am today within the company.

What could we improve on at PCE?

Being more diverse in construction methods to deliver projects. (which we are already on the way to doing)

Why is your role important to PCE?

I spend a lot of my time in bringing all of the site team together collaboratively to ensure we deliver a safe and efficient project for the client and for PCE.
