Kingston University Town House shortlisted three times for Offsite Awards

Following nomination by PCE Ltd, their Kingston University Town House project has been shortlisted in three categories for this year's Offsite Awards. 

• Education project of the year

• Best use of hybrid technology

• Best use of concrete technology

Offsite technology is changing the contemporary built environment - driving forward projects that represent outstanding examples of prefabrication and factory-based methods, products, systems and disciplines.

Construction of the stunning six storey building was completed using PCE's HybriDfMA bespoke system, which enabled the project to become an environmentally friendly mixed-use teaching building, taking the form of a series of interlocking open-plan volumes enveloped by a facade of colonnades with extensive exposed internal and external concrete finishes.
