DareDevil Ladies successfully complete Simon's Heroes challenge

The "fastest zipline in the world" holds no fear for these guys...

It was a case of "mission accomplished" as Carrie, Sue, Sarah, Claire, Helen, Liv and Hayley - also known as PCE's DareDevil Ladies - showed no fear as they tackled the fearsome Velocity 2 in North Wales recently.

They took the plunge as they hurtled down the ZipWorld line at over 100 miles an hour over Penrhyn Quarry.

Supporting Simon's Heroes

The great zipline challenge is the latest activity undertaken by PCE personnel in support of their nominated charity Simon's Heroes. Simon’s Heroes was founded in 2013 in Tamworth UK, where the Head Office of PCE is located and raise funds through activity events including family fun days, obstacle trail runs, quiz nights, galas and corporate sponsorship to enable them to provide additional resources and opportunities that are not always available through the NHS and other funding routes. This not only helps children with life limiting illnesses but also gives incredible support to the child’s parents and family by showing that others, both individuals and companies, in the community care.

Please make a contribution - you can donate at PCE’s JustGiving Page »

The DareDevil Ladies have set a target of £3,000 for the event - and they're well on their way to achieving that. But further contributions would be of immense value to Simon's Heroes.

“We are asking for donations – any amount would be appreciated and it all will go towards helping local children”

said PCE DareDevil Helen.
