The great zipwire challenge draws near…
PCE’s DareDevil Ladies will soon be taking to the wire by completing the fastest zipline in the world, to raise funds for their charity partner, Simon’s Heroes.
Carrie, Sue, Sarah, Claire, Helen, Liv and Hayley are all signed up and are ready for the challenge!
A fundraising goal has been set at £3,000 and the ladies desperately need your help to reach it!
“We are asking for donations – any amount would be appreciated and it all will go towards helping local children” said PCE daredevil Helen.
The sponsored terror will take place on Saturday 28th September 2019 – and updates will be provided after the event.
Simon’s Heroes raises money for local children with life limiting illnesses to provide resources and opportunities helping such children lead more independent, fulfilling lives and thus improving their quality of life.

But before you do, just check out the video (below) to find out exactly how terrifying this ride is. According to the Zip World website, it’s
“…the fastest zip line in the world. Soar over Penrhyn Quarry where you could travel at speeds of over 100mph while you take in the breathtaking views and feel the freedom of flight.”
How scary is it? Check out the video!
