Simon’s Heroes Abbott Trail Race – successful outcome for PCE team

The team managed to raise a grand total of £575 for PCE’s charity partner Simon’s Heroes

Team PCE Runners all successfully completed the recent 5k and 10k Abbott Trail Race, which was held at Hopwas Woods in Tamworth by PCE’s charity partner Simon’s Heroes.

All the running team did really well and finished in good times, with Dan and Cat both being the fastest PCE runners in their races.

Cat finished in tenth place out of 50 runners in the 5k race and Dan also finished 10th out of 150 runners in the 10k race.


Simon’s Heroes raises money for children with life limiting illnesses to provide resources and opportunities helping such children lead more independent, fulfilling lives and thus improving their quality of life.
