Offsite produced sandwich panels with incorporated windows
PCE Ltd are currently producing an offsite engineered Hybrid structure for the luxury five star Dakota Boutique Hotel project in Manchester.
Once completed, the luxury hotel will hold 137 bedrooms over 8 levels with the 9th level containing executive suites.
Architectural brick faced precast concrete sandwich panels (shown in the images above) are being supplied for the hotel façade. They have been supplied to site with windows fitted at the precast factory.
PreFastCore units for lift cores
Triple PrefastCore units have been deployed for the main lobby area. Suitable for all types of structural frames PreFastCore provides safe and easy access for site personnel to different floor levels during the construction programme as well as providing a cost effective means of transferring lateral loads to the foundations.
