The first floor walls are now arriving onsite and are being installed. PCE Ltd's hybrid offsite construction methods are once again being showcased - this time at the home of Lancashire County Cricket Club.

The design and detailing of the offsite engineered structure was carried out by PCE's in-house design and detailing team using 3D modelling and associated design software. Once completed, the hotel bedrooms will become private hospitality suites during international test matches.

3D modelling and BIM system approach

The Project has been fully 3D modelled during the design process using Revitt software as part of PCE’s BIM system approach to ensure accuracy of fit on site and with no clash with other specialists contractors work packages.
