A variety of structural precast components being utilised

Erection of the hybrid structural frame has now commenced on site by PCE Ltd at Wrexham following their in-house design which led to a variety of structural precast components being utilised including columns, precast walls, stairs and landings and precast hollowcore flooring spanning in excess of eleven metres.

A total of fourteen PreFastCore precast concrete lift and stair boxes weighing up to 15 tonnes each will also being utilised within the building.
